You can expect a response within 24 working hours (excludes public and bank holidays, Christmas, Easter etc). You can also use the 'Contact' form on the main page to do this.

 

Help With an Order

If you have placed an order with us, and would like to ask a question about your order, or you would like to edit or cancel the order, please contact us at orders@rednewtkids.co.uk. Please note that cancelling and editing the order is not always possible, as it may already be dispatched, however if it is not, we will do our very best to make the relevant changes needed, and will always communicate this to you.

 

Marketing

If you would like to be removed from our marketing list, please contact us at marketing@rednewtkids.co.uk. We will remove your details from our marketing list within 24 working hours, however please note that it may take up to 30 days for marketing emails to cease.
