Refund policy

If you wish to return an item for any reason you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods. From the date you inform us you wish to return your item, you have a further 14 days in which to return it to us.

When wishing to open a return, please email us at returns@rednewtkids.co.uk with the following information:

Order Email Address or Order Number

Item(s) You Wish To Return

Return Reason

 

Return instructions will be emailed back within 24 hours.

Items must be returned in the same condition to which it was sent, for new items this means with the original tags still attached.

If we receive an item back that is not in the condition to which it was sent, we reserve the right to either offer you a partial refund, or we can send the item(s) back to you, at your expense.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used in the order, and will be made within 14 days of the date we received the goods back, although we endeavor to do this within 48 hours.

Cost of return postage is at the customers expense, and we strongly recommend signed for delivery is used, as it is the customers responsibility to ensure the package arrives back with us safely.

We will not reimburse for any packages lost in transit with the courier company during a return, it is up to the sender (customer) to submit a claim in the event a returned package becomes lost in transit. Please retain your proof of postage, at least until we have received the package.
