Shipping policy

Standard Delivery

When choosing Standard Delivery your order will be dispatched within 3 working days (we always aim for ASAP!) of your order having been placed.

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will cost £3.49, however this is automatically applied for free for orders over £40.

You can expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days from when your order was placed.

 

Express Delivery

When choosing Express Delivery your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of your order having been placed.

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 and will cost £5.49, however this is automatically applied for free for orders over £100.

You can expect your order to be delivered within 1-3 working days from when your order was placed.

 

Please Note

'Working Days'- Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays, Easter, Christmas, Boxing Day, New Years Day).

Occasionally there may be postage delays which are outwith our control, these may cause unexpected delays with your order.

Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you are not in to receive your order when it is delivered, the courier will leave a card informing you of the location where you can pick up your parcel, or alternatively, how to arrange a re-delivery.

Orders that are not picked up from the delivery office, and therefore are returned to us, will be refunded, minus the original delivery cost charged. This refund will be to the original payment method, and will be issued within 14 days of us having received the order back, although we endeavor to do this within 48 hours.
